  • May also be reproduced and used for commercial (i.e., for-profit) purposes, without charge and without prior permission, provided that the end-product (print publication, training presentation, video, website, etc.) is produced for the purpose of promoting safety and health on the construction worksite, and that the user gives credit as provided below. As set forth in more detail in the eLCOSH Disclaimer, the images on this website were provided to CPWR for its use and dissemination, and CPWR believes that they are free from any ownership or copyright claim, however, photos used should include the credit with each photo. Intellectual Property

Although CPWR is granting permission for free use of the images under the terms stated in this Use Policy, ownership of the images remains with CPWR.

Image Credit

When using a photo from this site, credit must be given as follows: The credit line for an image whose photographer is identified on the website (for example, John Rekus) should be formatted as “NIOSH/John Rekus/elcosh.org.” The credit line for an image whose photographer is not identified should read: “elcosh.org.” For web use, the credits should also include links to cpwr.com and elcosh.org.

Indemnification

Anyone using images from the eLCOSH website agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CPWR and its agents, officers, directors and employees from and against any and all liability, loss, claims, damages, costs and/or actions (including attorneys’ fees) arising from his or her use of the images.
